We engaged Keystone to build our new home in Ruby Bay. We opted for the estimate only contract, this is when all costs are passed on to us with a 5% margin added to the invoice. The overall cost of the build came in under estimate, which was

great news for us.

Throughout the entire process Mike and his team were professional, polite and kept a tidy build site. Invoices were detailed and transparent, much to the delight of our bank manager. If there were any issues/concerns these were brought promptly to our attention and suggestions/advice on how to solve the issue were discussed with us. Over all the project management of the build was of a high standard and we would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone considering building or renovating.
